Future of Women's Wellbeing in the Age of AI
A two-hour virtual seminar bringing together leaders, innovators and changemakers to explore how women are redefining the future of health and wellbeing in a time of rapid change. As AI reshapes healthcare, new dimensions of physical, mental, spiritual, social and intellectual health are coming into focus, and women leaders are uniquely positioned to place wellbeing at the centre of leadership.
Through keynotes, fireside conversations and a guided practice, the seminar examined global wellbeing trends, the science of resilience and the hidden mental load carried by working women.
It gathered stories from caregivers, a heart-transplant journey and breast cancer survivorship, and examined how AI can counter medical misinformation, how founders are building the next generation of healthcare companies, and how daily practices restore balance and energy.
