We are the last generation to manage only humans

A one-day executive program
for CHROs and senior HR leaders.

About the Program

AI is changing HR’s own work and expanding its role across the organization. This one-day program gives CHROs and senior HR leaders practical frameworks for managing that shift as AI becomes part of everyday work. It focuses on where AI is creating the greatest impact in HR and how HR can help the organization adapt.

The Five Themes

  1. The Big Shift: Navigating Exponential Change

Focus: The world and the future of work

The next decade will bring extraordinary change to the way organizations operate and people work. Leaders examine the world around them and the organization itself. They then consider what the shift means for individuals and the future of work.

  2. The Human-Agent Orchestrator

    Focus: Human-AI management

Management frameworks for leaders building new management systems around AI. Participants examine how people oversee AI systems and agents while remaining responsible for the work and its outcomes. For HR, the question is how roles and decision rights need to change.

  3. How AI Is Reshaping HR

Focus: HR workflows and operating model

Examine where AI is creating the greatest impact across HR work and how those changes are reshaping the operating model. Participants identify where AI can be used in their own HR work.

  4. HR’s Role in AI Transformation

    Focus: Leading organizational change

Examine how HR can support AI transformation across the organization by helping leaders redesign work and prepare people for changing responsibilities.

  5. Becoming the AI Transformation Leader

Focus: The leader’s own work and leading others

This theme brings the day together by examining how HR leaders use and manage AI in their own work, and what management system is needed around it. It then turns to the leadership people need as their work and responsibilities change.

Why This Program

Many organizations have an AI strategy and are beginning to build or deploy AI agents. Far fewer have a management strategy for the people who will be responsible for managing and overseeing those systems.

Practical HR work

One Full Day

Each theme starts with a short presentation. Discussion and an applied exercise follow.
