Meet the founderTarja Stephens

Tarja Stephens is a Finnish-American keynote speaker, executive advisor and author working at the intersection of leadership, technology and the changing nature of work. She works with C-level executives and senior leadership teams as intelligent systems become part of everyday operations.
As founder of Leaders of the Future, Stephens leads executive AI leadership programs and advisory engagements. Her work focuses on how organizations manage company-wide AI systems while preparing the people responsible for their use and outcomes.
