We are the last generation to manage only humans.

A one-day executive program for senior leaders responsible for how AI changes their organization and the work of their people.

About the Program

AI is giving people new management responsibilities faster than organizations are preparing them for.

Many organizations have an AI strategy and are beginning to build or deploy AI agents. Far fewer have a management strategy for the people who will be responsible for managing and overseeing those systems.

The AI Executive Leadership Program is built around that gap. It helps senior leaders understand what AI changes in their organization and in their own role. It also prepares them to lead their people through that change.

Why This Program

As AI becomes part of more work, senior leaders need a clear view of their own role and of how the organization manages AI. Just as important is what their people need while the work changes.

  • The enterprise view

The program looks at what AI changes across the organization, from the way work gets done to the management system required around it.

  • The big picture first

The day begins with the scale of the change. It then turns to what that change means for leadership and management inside the organization.

  • The people whose work is changing

AI is changing both the work people do and the responsibilities they carry. The program focuses on what people need from their leaders as those changes become real.

  • A room of peers

Participants work alongside senior leaders from other organizations and industries.

The Five Themes

  1. The Big Shift: Navigating Exponential Change

Focus: The world and the future of work

What is changing around us, and what does it mean for my organization?

Explore the forces reshaping industries and work, and identify the signals that matter most for your organization.

  2. The Human-Agent Orchestrator

    Focus: Human-AI management

How does management change as AI becomes part of the work?

Management frameworks for leaders building new management systems and deciding how people will oversee and manage AI systems and agents while remaining responsible for the work and its outcomes.

  3. My Working Day With AI

    Focus: The leader’s own work

Where can AI change the way I work as a leader?

A practical look at how AI can support an executive working day. Participants examine where AI can strengthen their work and where human judgment must remain central. They also explore how a leader-controlled second brain can provide the context AI needs to support better preparation and decision-making.

  4. Building the Human-AI Management System

    Focus: The organization

What management system does the organization need as AI becomes part of more work?

From five agents to five thousand: this theme moves from individual use to the organization as a whole. Participants examine how AI is managed across the business and where responsibility sits as its use grows.

  5. Becoming the AI Transformation Leader

    Focus: The people

What do my people need from me while their work changes?

AI transformation changes the work people do and the responsibilities they carry. This theme focuses on the leader’s role in helping people adapt while keeping human judgment and ownership visible.
