More than 500 young leaders from over 70 countries came together for the opening masterclass of a global youth leadership fellowship.
The session focused on values-driven leadership in the age of AI and the choices emerging leaders will need to make as work and society change.

In October, Leaders of the Future hosted a virtual workshop for the We Are Family Foundation’s Three Dot Dash Program, bringing together extraordinary Global Teen Leaders from around the world. These young changemakers are already transforming their communities and redefining what the future of leadership looks like.
The session, “A Future-Ready Leadership Journey for Global Impact,” led by Leaders of the Future, explored what it means to lead guided by values in a rapidly changing world.
The session shared reflections on how our young leaders already embody the kind of leadership our world needs, making good choices, staying grounded in their values, and doing the right thing even in times of uncertainty and change. The workshop invited participants to reflect on their values, strengthen ethical decision-making, and connect their personal purpose to global impact.

- Values: Identify and anchor in the personal values that drive leadership.
- Ethics: Apply the CLEAR decision-making model to real-world dilemmas.
- Challenges: Develop resilience when leading through uncertainty.
- Future: Explore how AI and emerging skills are shaping leadership in the next decade.
Learning Objectives
Participants connected their personal values to global goals such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals, strengthened collaboration and communication skills, and explored how technology can support sustainable growth and ethical leadership.
